Meet Dr. Mona Rinaldi

Changing Lives by Improving Smiles

I am passionate about providing each patient and family with the best orthodontic care and experience.  I not only want them to be thrilled with their beautiful new smile and healthy bite, but I also want them to enjoy every step of developing it.

I have the pleasure of working with a talented team of individuals, who believe in personal care and share my passion to interact with our patients and families in a meaningful way.  Over the course of treatment, it so enjoyable to hear about our patients' day, learn about their adventures and celebrate their achievements. The friendships that we develop last long after treatment is complete.

I’ve been a practicing orthodontist more than 15 years. I am fortunate to be in a profession where I can really help people and make a lasting difference in their lives. The most exciting part of orthodontics is watching my patients gain greater  confidence and self-esteem as they see their smile and bite transform.

Education and Continuing Education

I received my Bachelor of Science in Human Communication Sciences and Disorders from Northwestern University in Evanston, Illinois.  I then attended The Ohio State University College of Dentistry, where I was awarded my Doctorate of Dental Surgery and Master of Science in Orthodontics.

It's a wonderful time to be practicing orthodontics.  New technologies and techniques are continually advancing for better and more efficient care for my patients.  I stay current through various publications as well as by attending meetings regularly and learning from the leaders in the field of orthodontics and oral healthcare.  Also, I am a member of the Seattle Study Club.

Professional Memberships

Outside the Office

I grew up in Cleveland.  After completing my orthodontic residency in Columbus, I moved to Cincinnati with my husband, Tony.  We could not have picked a better city to raise our family.

I’m the mother of two boys, Emerson and Everett.  They help me stay up-to-date with what’s going on in the world of my younger patients and remind me of how special every child is.

Much of my free time is spent supporting my boys’ extracurricular activities. However, I do find time to cook special meals for family and friends, be active outdoors, read a good book and watch HGTV.
