Creating a Person’s Best Smile
Each one of my patients is unique. They have their own facial structure, clinical needs, and concerns. As an orthodontist, I find the treatment approach that takes these factors into account and creates the most incredible smile for each person.
I am passionate about providing the best care and gently moving teeth into proper alignment. Using leading-edge science, technology, and advanced techniques, along with an aesthetic eye, I ensure the highest quality of treatment. I want my patients to finish with opitmal oral health and a smile that they’ll love for a lifetime.
I’ve been practicing orthodontics for more than 15 years. When a person feels good about their smile, they’re happier, more confident, and more successful. I experienced this myself and it’s why I became an orthodontist. When I was a patient, I went through the same transformation my patients experience: the confidence I gained resulted in personal and professional successes.
Education and Continuing Education
I attended The Ohio State University for my education. It was there I completed my undergraduate studies. I then received my Doctorate of Dental Surgery and Master of Science in Orthodontics. I am grateful that I was selected to participate in these rigorous training programs.
That education provided me with an excellent understanding of the fundamentals of orthodontics. However, this is an ever-changing field. Developments in materials, techniques, and technology all mean better options and more incredible results for patients. It’s essential I stay current on these developments.
Each year I complete many continuing education courses, locally, regionally, and nationally. I regularly read orthodontic and oral health journals. Also, I enjoy working with the orthodontic residents at The Ohio State University as they prepare for board certification.

Outside the Office
I grew up in Dayton; having lived in Ohio my whole life, I’m a HUGE Buckeyes fan, Go Bucks! After my residency, I moved to Cincinnati and went into private practice. Shortly after, I married my wife Mona, and we started our family.
I’m a proud father to two boys, Emerson and Everett. When I’m not caring for patients, I’m often on the fields or the courts for my boys’ games. Over the years, I’ve had fun coaching youth basketball and soccer. I also enjoy playing sports, being active outdoors and watching movies with my family.
