Our team has successfully completed the minimum requirements necessary for the AOAC Team Certified designation.
We are proud of this accomplishment and the individual initiatives to further improve knowledge and technique in the field of orthodontics. The comprehensive curriculum provides a formal platform for testing and learning the latest theory, techniques, and technologies utilized in the orthodontic industry.
It is our commitment to provide the most advanced and modern orthodontic care available. The AOAC Team Certification is proof of that unwavering commitment to our team, patients and the community we proudly serve.
Meet Our Team!
Certified Orthodontic Technician / Treatment Flow Coordinator
It is my responsibility to make sure the treatment area is run to the best of our potential and that everyone is seen in a timely manner and taken care of properly. My favorite part of my job is seeing the impact we have on our patients’ lives by giving them the smile they deserve. Our patients become like family, and we get to see them grow into happy, healthy adults. It is such a rewarding job!
My husband’s name is Timmy; we were married in March of 2014. I have a dog named Copper and two horses, Yoyo who is retired and Eeyore, who I am currently barrel racing. Someday we will add children to our little family, but for now we have our fur babies! I am a UC Bearcat Basketball fan, and my husband is a UK Wildcat fan, so we have great rivalry in our household. I enjoy spending time with my horses and my family whenever I can.
Records / Certified Orthodontic Technician
I work with our new patients, starting all their initial X-rays and scans, and assisting Dr. Rinaldi in placing and removing the braces. I love working with kids—I even worked in pediatric dentistry before transitioning to orthodontics! Watching our patients grow up and seeing their start to finish smile is one of the most rewarding aspects of this career.
I am married to Danny, and we have a son named Evan and two dogs, Paco a K9 police service dog and Chief. On our free time, we love watching Evan play baseball, football, and basketball. I enjoy spending time with my family, shopping, going to the beach, boating, and being outdoors!
Certified Orthodontic Technician / Treatment Flow Coordinator
I graduated from Ross Medical & Dental Technology in 2010 with a certification in dental assisting and joined Dr. Rinaldi’s team that same year. In 2015, I became a certified orthodontic assistant. I work closely with patients throughout treatment and love seeing their new smiles when they get their braces off!
I have a wonderful husband Chris, a son named Anthony, and a dog Vito. I enjoy spending time with family and watching my niece and nephews in Lakota sports. We love supporting the Cleveland Cavaliers and the Ohio State Buckeyes!
New Patient Coordinator
I work with our new patients to get them set up with orthodontic treatment, including scheduling appointments, corresponding with referring doctors, and providing treatment consults. Basically, I do whatever it takes to help our patients get the smiles of their dreams! I’ve worked here since 1976, first as an assistant, and then transitioning to the front office. The interactions between the doctors and the team as we build beautiful smiles has made the past 40 years go by in a snap!
My husband David and I have two kids, Jeffrey and Stephen. I enjoy spending time with my three grandsons Samuel, Noah, and Henry, family members and friends. My other hobbies include reading, power walking with friends and doing special events involving women with church and community.
I earned my Bachelor’s degree in Business from the University of Cincinnati and worked for a general dentist for several years as a dental assistant through college and after college. Now as a member of Team Rinaldi, I love the constant changes in my job—every day is different! I take care of accounts payable, human resources, and all administrative duties at the Mason and Milford offices. I love working for doctors, who are the best in the industry, and who take pride in their work and the work of their employees.
My husband Eric and I have two children, Wesley and Reagan. I have ridden horses my whole life and still enjoy barrel racing on the weekends.
Treatment Coordinator / Certified Orthodontic Technician
I graduated from the Institute of Medical & Dental Technology in 1998 with degree in dental assisting, and became a Certified Orthodontic Assistant in 2016. I joined Rinaldi Orthodontics in 2012 and have loved every minute of working with our doctors and patients. There is nothing better than seeing patients excited about changing their smiles and improving their confidence!
My husband’s name is John. I have two kids Caitlin and Cassie, two step-sons Jake and Josh, and a dog named Cuddles. I have coached cheerleading for 11 years and attend many community sporting events. I enjoy taking beach and lake vacations with my family as well as watching college football and Reds baseball.
Scheduling Coordinator / Certified Orthodontic Technician
While I am a certified orthodontic technician, most of the time I can be found at our front desk scheduling appointments. This job enables me to really get to know almost all of our patients on a personal level, which makes seeing their transformations all the more rewarding! Their brand new smiles are always a sight to see!
My family consists of my husband Kenny, our kids Ethan and Izabella, and our dogs Tank and Paisley. As a family we love to go boating, camping, and spend time at home watching movies. I am also a certified Zumba instructor and high school cheer coach!
Certified Orthodontic Technician
I attended the Institute of Medical and Dental Technology, graduating in 2006, and have taken many continuing education courses since then to keep up with the latest in patient care. I love working with all our patients, but with the kids especially. The most fulfilling part of my job is helping to increase their confidence and watching them grow up and seeing the difference we’ve make in their lives.
I have a three-year-old daughter named Charlotte (Charlie for short) and a cat named Allen. I am very close to my family and love hanging out with friends and spending the summer going to Kings Island.
I am a recent addition to the Rinaldi Orthodontics team, and am responsible for planning the financial aspects of our patients’ treatment. That includes drawing up new-patient contracts, verifying and billing insurance and sending out monthly statements. One of the best parts of my job is the variety—not only do I do different things every day, but I also get to meet new people as well!
I’m married and have two step-children, Heather and Taylor. Heather had our first grandchild Landon in February, and Taylor’s in the Air Force. We love to camp and have two golden retrievers named Bo and Sadie.
I’m here to assist our patients by preparing and processing their contracts, handling their insurance billing, and creating monthly reports. I really enjoy working at Rinaldi Orthodontics; the families that come here are wonderful and I love seeing their smiles!
I am engaged to Rick and I have a son Kyle. We have a dog named Jessie and a horse named Baby Girl, as well as a bunch of pigs and rabbits. I live on my family’s farm. I love the outdoors, gardening, riding four wheelers, hiking, bike rides, and helping with Kyle's 4-H projects. I can’t wait to watch him play football this fall!
I get to meet all new patients, show them around the office, and help them feel comfortable here. Basically, I get to sit down with every patient and learn about why they came to our office and what they would like to change about their smile! I work hard to make sure that after that first visit you leave feeling very comfortable about the treatment, all of your questions are answered, and you fully understand what we will be doing during your treatment and why. I look forward to meeting you!
I am currently engaged and plan to marry my best friend in 2017. I enjoy being outdoors, going on long bike rides and hikes, working in my garden, and just hanging out in my pool. I also love going to the beach or really anywhere where I can be near water.
Scheduling / New Patient Coordinator
I started my career running the front office of a family dentistry practice in 2000 and was trained as a dental assistant. I have worked all aspects of the dental office including assisting with oral surgery, implant placement, and periodontal surgery and am very excited to learn about orthodontics. I love working with doctors and a team of people who go above and beyond for patient care. Drs. Rinaldi and all of the staff enjoy what they are doing and truly care about not only the outcome, but also the patients and their family.
My husband and I relocated to Ohio from Indiana in 2015. I have one son in college and a boxer pup. In my free time, I enjoy refurbishing old furniture, decorating, spending time outdoors, and baseball.
Certified Orthodontic Technician
While I am one of the new faces at Rinaldi Orthodontics, I have more than 20 years of experience working in the dental and orthodontics fields. Like most of our orthodontic techs, I spend my days taking X-rays and impressions, assisting Dr. Rinaldi in placement of appliances and braces, and doing general patient care. What I enjoy most is helping to create beautiful smiles and watching patients’ confidence grow with their new smile. I’m very happy to be working with the doctors and a team who are so positive and helpful which makes for a great work environment.
I enjoy spending my free time with my husband Mike, our two sons Corey and Brandon, and my step-son Drew. My hobbies include riding our motorcycle, Zumba, and swimming.
I went to school for dental assisting and worked in orthodontics while living in Hawaii. I just moved back to Cincinnati and became part of the Rinaldi Orthodontics team in 2016. I don’t consider our practice “work”: it’s where I want to be! I love patients’ excitement at getting a new smile and the joy on their faces when they see their hard work has paid off! My days are spent helping others perfect their smiles: what could be better?
My husband Nick and I have a dog, Harley, who keeps us entertained. I enjoy playing any and all kinds of sports and spending time at the gym. I also like watching movies and crafting.
My teammates and our doctors feel like part of my family. I learn so much from each of them and we work well together. This is my first time working in orthodontics after attending dental assisting school in 2015. I love becoming friends with our patients and seeing how they change and grow as they get their new smile. The best day is when a patient sees their finished smile for the first time. They can’t stop grinning and I’m happy for them!
I like to spend my free time camping and riding four wheelers. I have a wonderful dog, Bailey, who likes to watch Netflix with me!
