To our valued orthodontic patients and community:
As our highest priority, we are closely monitoring the developments around COVID-19 (coronavirus) to safeguard the health and well-being of our patients, their families and team members. Please know that our office has always implemented universal precautions to prevent the spread of diseases including coronavirus.
On March 16, 2020, Governor Mike DeWine, the Ohio Dental Association and the Ohio State Dental Board advised us to temporarily close our offices to reduce the risk of exposure to and spread of COVID-19. We are taking this measure to ensure the health and safety of our patients and staff. We will continue to see patients with serious orthodontic emergencies on an as-needed basis and triage orthodontic emergencies via phone to avoid as many in-office visits as possible.
As the coronavirus situation continues to evolve, we will closely monitor guidance from the CDC and local health officials. We will continue to rely on their recommendations and expertise to inform our decisions. We hope that we will be able to resume patient care soon. Thank you for your patience and understanding.
